For all exercises in all rounds:
Do 4 to 5 rounds of 10 to 12 repetitions, one after the other, for a complete workout - or you can do each exercise a few times a day as movement snacks.
These exercises can be done anywhere (not just in the kitchen), and notice that such movements transfer to things that we normally do at home, work, and other activities and places.
